Words have color, tone, texture---and are the most basic tool in the writer's toolbox, obviously. It's just a matter of how we use them that determines the depth of the color, determines the tone and texture.
As I'm kinda "in between" WIPs right now, I thought perhaps I should take a look at the colors in my life at this very moment. Mood does a lot to help me pick the words I use when I write, so maybe this will help me in deciding just what WIP I'm going to tackle next. Plus, Blogthings is always a fun way to procrastinate.
