Quote-A-Holic

*~*~*~*~*~*

I'm rather fond of collecting quotes, so I thought it would be fun and inspirational to collect some that reflect my goals and aspirations for 2009.

Abraham Lincoln: And in the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years.

Albert Einstein: True religion is real living; living with all one's soul, with all one's goodness and righteousness.

Alice Walker: Deliver me from writers who say the way they live doesn't matter. I'm not sure a bad person can write a good book. If art doesn't make us better, then what on earth is it for.

Benjamin Franklin: Dost thou love life? Then waste not time; for time is the stuff that life is made of.

Bertrand Russell: The good life is inspired by love and guided by knowledge.

Captain Jean-Luc Picard: Time is a companion that goes with us on a journey. It reminds us to cherish each moment, because it will never come again. What we leave behind is not as important as how we have lived. played by Patrick Stewart, from the film "Star Trek: Generations"
