Rough Draft of *Cupid on a Mission* is FINISHED!
The rough draft of Cupid is finished! Hooray!
Yes, it came in a little under 4K short of my minimum projected word count, BUT, I haven't started revising it yet, so I'm confident I'll make my goal and then some.
I wrote 2080 words yesterday, and it felt great.
More Writing Quotes I Love
The strokes of the pen need deliberation as much as the sword needs swiftness.
Julia Ward Howe

Imagination is more important than knowledge.
Albert Einstein

Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Stories have a beginning, a middle and an end. But not necessarily in that order.
Robert Silverberg
I take this to mean that it doesn't matter in what order you write. Sometimes it's difficult to write a story in strict order, so don't sweat it.
Writing is not necessarily something to be ashamed of, but do it in private and wash your hands afterwards. Robert Heinlein
I like this one just because it's so humorous.
Cheers!
